Rodney Ross, Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operations Officer

Rodney Ross has an extensive background in business, accounting, taxation, and finance. In 1984 he opened his accounting firm, Ross & Associates, which today serves over 700 clients in various areas of accounting and taxation. Inspired by a passion for developing comprehensive business plans and watching those ventures flourish, Ross purchased two declining restaurants, in 1985, and brought them back to profitability within six month of purchasing them. Additionally, in 1991 he purchased a full service vending company with 17 accounts and sales of $200,000.00 annually. Within two short years Rodney grew the business to over 60 accounts with sales of over 800,000.00 annually, all the while maintaining his accounting and tax firm, Ross & Associates.

Ross’ involvement with TM Corp provides the CEO, and all company executives, sound financial based provided by the accounting department.

Shea Chambers, Director of the Board/President of TYAD Pictures

Shea Chambers has extensive music and film/television industry experience and a distinctive business perspective, which she brings to the table as the president of TYAD Pictures. Chambers has worked both in front and behind the camera on numerous TV shows including, 90210, Melrose Place, Roswell, Arrested Development, The Arsenio Hall Show, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, Showtime, Dharma & Greg, and 7th Heaven.

As a performer, the music industry stopped to take notice, as Chambers was a featured vocalist on songs written by such artists as, Brenda Russell, Bryan Adams, and Barry White. Her performance on the title track, "Endless Love", written and produced by Lionel Ritchie, gave her national acclaim in the recording industry. Klein has held the position of Senior Director of Marketing and New Media at companies including AOL Time Warner and Nordstrom, where she successfully built a network for online, digital, and off-line media, advertising & marketing including viral & mobile marketing, and social networking planning, brand marketing, and sports marketing. Klein’s extensive background in marketing and new media, along with her leadership skills aims to set TM Corp as a leader in the music, film, concert promotions, and media industries.

Pamela Dansby-Darden, Lead General Counsel

Pamela Dansby-De Catur, lead counsel for TM Corp, has a wealth of experience in corporate and entertainment law. After graduating from Loyola Law School, Dansby-Darden clerked for Motown Records and for the U.S. District Court (Federal Court). In her impressive career, she has earned thirteen years trial experience handling complex, high-stakes cases.

An entrepreneurial spirit, she started her own successful firm in 2005, serving individual and corporate clients in business litigation and corporate-level transactions, including facilitation of multi-million dollar mergers, successfully defending suits instituted by the U.S. Trade Commission, and resolving contract disputes. Dansby-Darden is familiar with the legal aspects of running a corporation, and therefore is extremely valuable to TM Corp.

Eric Purvis, President of TM Corp Distribution

Prior to joining the TM Corp Team in 2005, Eric Purvis has worked with major record labels, film companies, and a host of other corporate and entertainment companies since the beginning of 2000. He has been instrumental in promoting and marketing major and independent companies to help increase their sales and providing them with data that is crucial to planning their future campaigns. Eric has promoted/marketed artists such as Tanieya, DJ Quik, Chris Rock, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Aaliyah, Gorillaz, Beenie Man, Scarface, Lenny Kravitz, and Jet Li & Aaliyah. Eric also has held senior promotions and marketing positions at Virgin and Bungalo Records/Universal.

Rachel Ferguson, President of TM Total Events

Rachel has spent the past 14 years as the Director of Catering Sales and Convention Services, utilizing her wealth of experience and knowledge in planning high profile meetings and events with the world’s leading hotel companies, namely Hilton Hotel Corporation and Marriott International. One of her greatest professional accomplishments was being recognized as one of Hilton’s “Circle of Excellence” recipients in 2005. This award is only given to the top 10% of the Hilton’s sales force, and is well respected as one of the most elite and prestigious awards within the company. For TM Total Events, Rachel brings her expertise to create 5-Star events including red carpet parties, movie premieres, music release parties, and corporate events for TM Corp.

Raymond McGlamery, President of TYAD ALIVE!

Raymond began his career as a promoter working for Louis Messina at Pace Concerts in Houston, (then the largest promoter in the south) and Danny Eaton at Eaton-Page productions, then 462 Inc. At both companies they did shows at venues from the Superdome to the smallest of clubs and theaters. He also headed the marketing department at Rainbow-Ticketmaster in Dallas, which was run by Lou Dickstein. In addition Raymond produced his own series of concerts in Dallas in conjunction with local radio, highlighting local artists/bands. From artist management through concert promotion, ticketing and being a VP of Promotions at Warner Bros./Reprise, he has experienced and learned all aspects of the business necessary to create a new paradigm in the industry.

Meek Banks, President of TYAD Media Relations

Freelance writer, public speaker, entrepreneur, communications and public relations specialist, Meek Banks, is recognized for her uncanny communication abilities. She first got involved in corporate communications working closely with small to medium-sized minority-owned businesses. Later, Banks landed a high-power position at a Washington, DC-based marketing firm that specialized in providing sales, marketing and corporate communications coaching and consulting to national and international clients. Through Banks’ in-depth knowledge of precision communication and her problem-solving nature, in 2005, she launched her own boutique-consulting firm, PocketPublicist.com, specializing in promotions and communications management. The right combination of business savvy, networking prowess, written and verbal communication skill makes Banks the ideal person to lead TM Corp’s internal and external communications functions.

Jeff Summers, President of TYAD Raw

Jeff is a seasoned photographer of many subjects including fashion, portraits, sports, weddings, families, concerts, advertising, real estate and special events. For over 25 years he has crafted his vision and style by taking a multi-faceted approach to photography by incorporating his technical experience with his innovative artistic interpretation. Summers has contributed to local media, pictures he has taken have appeared on websites, CD covers and has been commissioned for several commercial projects. He has also photographed up and coming stars, such as American Idol contestants and political figures like former president Bill Clinton. Some of Hollywood's finest have also been seen through Summers' camera including a photo shoot for the likes of Katie Holmes (Actress) and "live" photographs of Michael Winslow (Actor/Comedian).

Jeff is a digital artist with a knowing eye. As technology and times have evolved so has Jeff’s technique and style. And he brings those talents to TM Corp through TYAD Raw to oversee all visual stills of the group’s music, films, concerts and events.

Olivier Roulon, President of Thrive Audio

Olivier (and originally from France) is an accomplished musician, writer, and producer who began his career performing in the percussion section with the Strasbourg Philharmonic Orchestra. He has toured performing live in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Yugoslavia, and Guadalupe. Olivier has writing, arrangement, and production credits with artists and writers such as Jean McClain, Peppa Mache, Tyler Collins, Whatever Music's own Shea Chambers, Donny B. Lord, J. Michael, Tunde Oyedokun, J. Meix, Brenda Marie Eager, Larry Lee, Richard Andrieux, Joelle Kopf, JellyBean Benitez, Nikki England, Jeff Silbar, Wild Orchid, and Shelly Sondheim. Also, Macumba Live on Tour in Latin America, Peppa Mache, Marco Missinato, and 20H30 have sought out Olivier’s skills as an engineer.

Bereal has a successful career in urban music with an impressive personal discography of artists he has written for or produced. His company The Hitclub, which has participated in record sells of over 30,000,000.00 million and counting, has written and produced tracks for platinum artists including, Whitney Houston, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Madonna, Missy Elliot, Mya, Monica, Mary J. Bliege, Latoya Luckett, Terry Walker, Fantasia, Angie Stone, K-Ci and JoJo, Timbaland, P. Diddy, Tweet, Mary Mary, and others. Calvin Bennett, President of Steppin' Records

Cal has been in the entertainment industry since 1971 when he was the featured saxophone soloist on Isaac Hayes’ Academy Award-winning Shaft LP. Cal has also performed and/or recorded with Tito Jackson, Carl Anderson, Ice Cube, The Funk Bros., Bobby Lyle and the Agape International Choir, just to name a few. In 1996 his debut CD, “A stolen Moment”, soared to #11 on the Billboard Jazz Contemporary Chart. In 1997 Cal served as musical director for Toni Braxton on her debut on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. In 2003 Cal performed at the Playboy Jazz Festival opening for the likes of Al Jarreau. Cal also has several years of corporate experience as an advertising director for Code Magazine for Larry Flynt Publications.

Kavion "KG" Griffith, President of The Beat Records

Kavion Griffith, simply known in dance music circles as “KG” is the esteemed president of TMG’s The Beat Records. He spent much of the last decade, as an independent promoter, advancing breakout artists on behalf of major labels, including Interscope, Geffen, A&M and Warner. Beyond promotions, Griffith is also a creative producer, specializing in several genres of music, including house, trance, hip-hop, R&B, and techno. A capable video editor, he has perfected the video mix concept, which has taken music promotion to new levels. He has an eye and ear for talent, often assisting hands-on in the studio, doing everything from rehearsal and recording to mixing a final record. Having grown up in the West Indies and traveled extensively to places like China and Europe, Griffith has been exposed to various genres of music, including drum bass, hip- hop, trance, and techno. He has worked with DJs representing clubs all over the world, and is confident in his ability to instinctively know what will be hot in the club. Kavion “KG” Griffith is the ideal personality to lead TMG’s dance music label.

image TYAD Music Group (TMG) COO, Thomas Gorman, creates new country label, Tall Town Records (TTR), and places current country label, Hey Y'all Records, as an imprint under TTR.

Gorman also creates TMG International (TMGI) - a music group, which will house International record labels around the world. The heads of both divisions, who will soon be named, will report to TM Corp's CEO Jerry Holden, along with Thomas himself.

image TYAD ALIVE!, Concert, Sports, and Events Promotions division for TM Corp, and headed up by industry vet Raymond McGlamery, will manage and/or program venues consisting of: small and large clubs; theatres; arenas, and stadiums, along with promoting acts in and outside of the TYAD Music Group system, and will create its own ticket purchasing system, which will benefit all artists/talent, fans, and consumers. The group plans to house its main offices in Austin, with additional offices in Glendale/Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Detroit, Nashville, New York, and Atlanta.
