Shea Chambers, Director of the Board/President at TYAD Pictures Entertainment Group

Shea Chambers has extensive music and film/television industry experience and a distinctive business perspective, which she brings to the table as the president of TYAD Pictures Entertainment Group (TPEG). Chambers has worked both in front and behind the camera on numerous TV shows including, 90210, Melrose Place, Roswell, Arrested Development, The Arsenio Hall Show, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, Showtime, Dharma & Greg, and 7th Heaven.

As a performer, the music industry stopped to take notice, as Chambers was a featured vocalist on songs written by such artists as, Brenda Russell, Bryan Adams, and Barry White. Her performance on the title track, "Endless Love", written and produced by Lionel Ritchie, gave her national acclaim in the recording industry. Thomas Gorman, President/COO at TYAD Music Group/President at Xeneca Music

Thomas, a legendary label, and Senior Promotion, Marketing, Sales executive with 18 years experience, is well established in both US industry centers having lived seven years in NY and eleven in LA. He directed numerous successful campaigns that established new artists and furthered the careers of previously established artists. Gorman continues to have strong relationships with the Broadcast Media (Radio, Video, Internet), Retail, Industry Trade Publications and the Artist/Artist Management Community. He has promoted artists such as Tina Turner, Duran Duran, Yanni, Heart, Paula Cole, Henry Rollins Band, Crowded House, Bob Seger, Captain Hollywood, Aimee Mann, Sinead O'Connor, Arrested Development, Poison, Slaughter, and many more. Thomas also has held senior promotions positions at Capitol Records, Chrysalis Records, Private Music, and Gold Circle Entertainment, as well as hired and developed many industry leaders.

Kenny Bereal, President at N-fluence Records/TYAD Music Publishing

Kenny, producer of several tracks on the hit CD "Unpredictable" by Jamie Foxx, oversees TMG’s urban label N-fluence Records along with heading up TYAD Music Publishing to oversee the departments of Creative, Promotion, Business and Legal Affairs, Synchronization Licensing, Mechanical Licensing, Finance, Copyright, Foreign, Royalty, and I.T./Computer. Bereal has a successful career in urban music with an impressive personal discography of artists he has written for or produced. His company The Hitclub, which has participated in record sells of over 30,000,000.00 million and counting, has written and produced tracks for platinum artists including, Whitney Houston, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Madonna, Missy Elliot, Mya, Monica, Mary J. Bliege, Latoya Luckett, Terry Walker, Fantasia, Angie Stone, K-Ci and JoJo, Timbaland, P. Diddy, Tweet, Mary Mary, and others. Bereal has also composed music for television, DVD, and blockbuster films.

Judy Klein, President at AMFIE

Judy has held several key marketing positions during her tenure at AOL, where her successful brand marketing programs, and Consumer, Sports and Entertainment partnership programs helped grow subscriber base from 6 million to 18 million users in less than a year and was a top Account Executive managing online Marketing and Advertising for AOL's largest Retail and E-Commerce Partnerships with a portfolio of over $120 million in value to the company, as well as managed the Business relationship for their largest single Revenue Share Partnership.

During her tenure with Time Warner, she was instrumental in the creation and implementation of successful Diversity & Inclusion efforts, and Corporate Communications, Community Relations, and Multicultural Marketing initiatives. She also worked with several divisions on large Corporate Marketing and Divisional initiatives including Film Premieres and Promotions, Screenings, Film Festivals, College Tours, NASCAR, and Concert tours.

Klein also served on several Time Warner Corporate Steering Committees for Marketing Segmentation and received numerous awards for her successful Brand, offline and online marketing and advertising efforts. An advocate of Cause Marketing, and deeply committed to Community Service, in 2003, Klein was awarded the highest Time Warner Corporate honor, the Andrew Heiskell Award, named after Time Magazines’ first CEO and Philanthropist for her “Outstanding contributions to Community Service and Humanity”.

Kim is a dynamic and motivated executive with 20 years of experience in various aspects of promotion, marketing, and public relations. Her companies and clients have included Capital, Warner Brothers, Nitrus, Blackstar, DRT Records, and MCA/Geffen Records. Kim was instrumental in the development, cultivation, and sales of such artists as Mariah Carey, Bruce Springsteen, Stone Temple Pilots, Tori Amos, Robert Plant, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Blink 182, New Found Glory, Live, Tommy Lee, Dave Matthews Band, ZZ Top, Foo Fighters, Vertical Horizon, Eve 6, Lit and Verve Pipe, Alice In Chains, Soul Asylum, Dokken, among others. Kim also has held senior promotions positions at MCA, Geffen, and RCA.

Rachel Ferguson, President at TM Total Events/President at HR

Rachel has spent the past 14 years as the Director of Catering Sales and Convention Services, utilizing her wealth of experience and knowledge in planning high profile meetings and events with the world’s leading hotel companies, namely Hilton Hotel Corporation and Marriott International. One of her greatest professional accomplishments was being recognized as one of Hilton’s “Circle of Excellence” recipients in 2005. This award is only given to the top 10% of the Hilton’s sales force, and is well respected as one of the most elite and prestigious awards within the company. For TM Total Events, Rachel brings her expertise to create 5-Star events including red carpet parties, movie premieres, music release parties, and corporate events for TM Corp.

Raymond McGlamery, President at TYAD ALIVE!

With heavy hearts, we are sad to report that our friend and family-team member, Raymond McGlamery, passed away on January 4, 2022, due to losing his battle of fighing cancer. Raymond will always be with us in spirit, and vision for TYAD ALIVE! and TM Corp as a whole will live on in our daily operations.

Label News

image TYAD Music Group (TMG) President/COO, Thomas Gorman, creates new country label, Tall Town Music (TTM), and places current country label, Hey Y'all Music, as an imprint under TTM.

Gorman also creates TMG International (TMGI) - a music group, which will house International record labels around the world. The heads of both divisions, who will soon be named, will report to TM Corp's CEO Jerry Holden, along with Thomas himself.

image TYAD ALIVE!, Concert, Sports, and Events Promotions division for TM Corp, and headed up by industry vet Raymond McGlamery, will manage and/or program venues consisting of: small and large clubs; theatres; arenas, and stadiums, along with promoting acts in and outside of the TYAD Music Group system, and will create its own ticket purchasing system, which will benefit all artists/talent, fans, and consumers. The group plans to house its main offices in Austin, with additional offices in Glendale/Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Detroit, Nashville, New York, and Atlanta.
